My entry for Unicorn-Club's contest: unicorn-club.deviantart.com/bl…

No refs. Drawn with the mouse ... makes me realize how nice a tablet would be ... xD

Sorry about the smallness. (The eye was nearly impossible to draw. :P) This was drawn in the journal with the new muro thingy ... I was scared to death that my session would time out and I'd lose it. :noes: But, it worked out, and here it is! I'm pretty pleased. :) Hope you guys like! :D

This is a beautiful piece of artwork that can make anyone believe that unicorns are in fact, real.

The overall vision of the piece was magnificiant, the colors kept to a minimal of reds/greens/blues/yellows while the unicorn itself still shows up quite clearly.

The originality mostly came from the non-definite outline of the unicorn and the almost sketchy-ish look of its' body, which doesnt look bad at all, as well as from the unicorn actually jumping across the page.

The technique was amazing especially considering the fact that a MOUSE was used O.O The body of the unicorn was filled in very nicely while still showing some "brush" strokes which add to the overall impact of the piece...

The Impact was very good, however might have been improved if the body stood out a little more against the background.

Overall, its a beautiful piece that can inspire any artist to keep at it. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
